Join Our Relief Team – Havelock North & Napier

Rockmybaby and Āwhina Childcare (Steiner-inspired) are looking for passionate ECE relievers to join our wonderful teaching teams across our centres in Havelock North and Napier.

With a number of beautiful centres across both locations — including our nurturing, Steiner-inspired Āwhina environments — we are growing our relieving pool and would love to connect with educators who value meaningful relationships, calm spaces, and child-led learning.

We’re Looking For;

• Qualified and unqualified ECE teachers
• Previous ECE, teaching or nannying experience
• A passion for quality care and education
• Open-minded, supportive team players
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to engage tamariki in meaningful learning experiences
• An appreciation for Steiner-inspired philosophy (particularly within our Āwhina centres)

As part of our relieving pool, you’ll support our permanent teams when staff are on leave or away, ensuring continuity of care and calm, consistent environments for our tamariki.
