ECE Teachers & Team Leader — New Centre Opening Soon, Havelock North

Familiar building. Brand-new beginning.

Rockmybaby Childcare is opening a new early learning centre in Havelock North this July — a well-known local building beginning its next chapter, with a focus on our youngest tamariki: babies and toddlers under two.

We're a locally owned Hawke's Bay company with established centres in Havelock North and Napier, known for nurturing, whānau-centred care. Now we're building a brand-new team, and this is a rare chance to be part of a centre from day one — helping shape its culture, environment, and ways of working from the ground up.

We're looking for:

Team Leader — an experienced kaiako ready to lead a small, dedicated infant and toddler team
Qualified ECE Teachers — full-time and part-time positions available
Roles are on split shifts (centre hours 7.30am–6.00pm, Monday to Friday)

You'll bring:

A genuine passion for infant and toddler care
ECE qualification (or working towards) and current registration where applicable
Warmth, reliability, and a team-first attitude
